Diddy continues to live in his own world

Diddy (alias include: Sean Combs, P Diddy, Puff Daddy) is quite possibly the only person who is more out of touch with reality than Obama and Napolitano combined. Napolitano thought the security system was working fine, while Obama thinks that we all want government-run health care. Meanwhile, the only reason that the Panty Bomber did not ruin Christmas for America was because his bomb malfunctioned (Merry Christmas) and 15% of Americans actually want this health care bill to pass.

If you thought that was bad…

Diddy thinks it was his vote that put him in office. Maybe not literally, but metaphorically, as he explains that, “I felt like my vote was the vote that put him into office. It was down to one vote, and that was going to be my vote. And that may not be true, but that’s how much power it felt like I had.” Yeah, obviously he had more power than your typical voter. Even though Diddy claims that it might not have been his exact vote, you and I both know that is precisely what he thinks.

And if that doesn’t make your eyes roll out of their sockets, then a snippet from some interview he did might (yeah, surprisingly, people still care what he thinks). Diddy wishes that Obama would adopt him. Here is what he says, and warning, it might make your soul shrivel up and die. “I ain’t gonna lie – if God said I could pick one person to be my father, I’d want to be Sean Combs Obama. That’s how dope he is. I hope he reads this interview and adopts me. I wouldn’t even have to be in the will. I got my own money!”

Diddy gets a little modest, and says that hip-hop as a whole is responsible for helping Obama get elected: “I think we are probably responsible for Obama being in office, yes. If nobody else is gonna say it, then I’m gonna say it. The confidence, the swagger we instilled in our communities made that possible.” Well, I would hardly say that he, or hip hop, (or just him, because that is what he means) is responsible for winning an election when the electoral votes are what matter. If anyone is responsible, it is Oprah. But finally, at this stage, when he went into the year with an approval rating of 50%, who would be proud that they helped this man, who is single-handedly ruining our economy, get elected?
