To Drake: this is what I mean by “street”
[youtube=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jf3q7X4RfOo]
This here gem is the video for “Forever Harlem,” with, you guessed it, the “Forever” beat. I had to post it because I think it is super funny and clever (who would have thought that Jim Jones could be associated with anything remotely funny or clever?) and no, not because I have always adored Juelz Santana. This video, and the remixed version of this song, describe what I mean by “street” and consequently, is the complete opposite of Drake in every way. Juelz Santana and his dimples are adorable as usual, and not surprisingly, Jim Jones is the epitome of class, dumping out about 2 ounces of his beer at the end (in this economy…). Hopefully Drake doesn’t go too far left and becomes like Jim Jones.
