This doesn’t make you relevant

Asher Roth is “not gay,” but last time I checked, he was irrelevant and this does not make him anymore relevant. Yeah, I think he is kind of attractive (I’m disappointed in myself, too) but he would be much more attractive if he never rapped. He always reminds me of your stereotypical frat guy who is a complete tool. I mean, look at that picture: furry hat, huge medallion, hooded sweatshirt, and backpack on the red carpet of the MTVu Woodie Awards (probably the cheapest award show of the year I’m guessing).

Still, it is pretty messed up that the media would pounce on something like this, considering that no one even cares about him! He was photographed at a Gay Rights Parade, along with Gaga, Clay Aiken, Blink 182, and Michael Stipe. Last time I checked, you don’t have to be gay to be allowed to support gay rights. Another article says that he is dating Clay Aiken. Hell would freeze over before anyone would wanna date Clay. Also contrary to reports, Asher is not going to come out of the closet, nor is he going to have an interview with E!.

Terrence Dean, former MTV Exec and author of (KEYWORD) novel “Hiding in Hip Hop: Confession of a Down Low Brother in the Entertainment Industry,” alleges that Roth is the artist he talks anonymously about in one of the chapters. A novel is fiction, which means it isn’t real. Besides, truth is always stranger than fiction, and this story does not strike me as crazy enough to be true, quite frankly. How unethical and immoral does one, i.e. Dean, have to be in order to expose someone, though? That is just unfortunate. But I still want to read that novel.
