Great album, even if it means buying it supports Kelis
I wasn’t super excited for Nas and Damian Marley’s joint album, titled Distant Relatives. Both the artists are extremely talented, but I don’t tend to listen to them. I just use that excuse that there is not enough time in the day to listen to everything. Lame, I know. That being said, I really enjoyed Distant Relatives. It is essentially a flawless fusion of hip hop and reggae. Some of the tracks are really mellow, and some are totally danceable. In fact, my favorite tracks are “As We Enter,” “Tribes at War,” and “Nah Mean.”
