Game remains “gangsta” outside of courtroom

The rapper Game, who is a gangsta outside of the courtroom only, recently settled his court case.  He will be paying an undisclosed sum.  After Game pulled a gun on someone or beat them up or both, he was sentenced to 60 days in county jail and was released after serving 8.  He pled no contest to possessing a firearm in a school zone, and oddly enough, Game’s attorney claims that he did not have a firearm at that time.  Here we go again, with a rapper pleading out to a gun charge, when in fact they still claim there was no gun (Weezy comes to mind).

Shannon Rodrick, who might possibly suffer from the shame of having a woman’s name, argues that he is “injured in his health, strength and activity” and suffers from both mental and emotional anguish, as well as embarrassment. Remind me next time that I am embarrassed to sue the person at fault.  I’m actually currently suffering from mental and emotional anguish, which in turn effects my health, strength, and activity, simply because I’m tired.  Who can I sue for this?
